ABOUT AFFILIATION
Swim England affiliation formally connects a school-led swimming programme to the national governing body for the sport.
It allows schools to:

Access official rankings and qualification pathways

Align swimming provision with elite performance structures
Affiliation does not require schools to become community clubs, although it is an option open to schools.
It enables a school-based programme to operate legitimately within the national system, at a level appropriate to the school’s ambition.
