We handle the specialist work end-to-end: tailoring the Model Club Constitution, assembling the evidence pack, liaising with the Region, and standing up governance to Wavepower standards (Welfare/TTL/DBS, DIAP, risk assessments, policy library).

We also configure the Online Membership System (OMS) and set a clean operating cadence so you’re competition-ready sooner.

• Set-up & scope — Discovery call, roles confirmed (Chair/Secretary/WO/DBS), draft constitution aligned to school governance.

• Compliance & submission — Wavepower adoption, DBS/TTL scheduling, DIAP & risk assessments, evidence pack compiled and submitted to Region.

• Go-live & operate — OMS configured (Train/Compete/Support), initial members onboarded, competition cadence agreed; handover or ongoing admin support.
