How it works :

1. Plan & pre-produce — Goals, audiences and channels agreed; shot list, run-of-day and consent process prepared; press note and captions drafted.

2. Activate on site — Athlete meet-and-greet, poolside shoot, b-roll and interviews; light live posting if desired; staff supported for smooth ops.

3. Deliver & amplify — Edited stills and reels delivered, caption bank finalised, rights/usage summary provided, and a 4-week posting calendar supplied.
